Yin, Restorative and Mindfulness Yoga

What to expect in a restorative yoga class?

 

A delicious blend of Yin, Restorative and Mindfulness to help you release, restore and relax for the week ahead! Both Yin and Restorative yoga involve longer holds of postures as a means of deep release. Whilst Yin yoga targets the connective tissue, ligaments, bones and joints, Restorative focuses on muscle relaxation. This practice is suitable for everybody and every body - whether curious beginner or lifelong practitioner, all are welcome! 

 

Mindfulness will be woven throughout the practice, helping to cultivate acceptance of the present moment, exactly as it is. The time spent in postures combined with deep stillness makes this a challenging yet empowering practice, allowing the release of tension on a physical, mental and emotional level.
