You hold tension, memories, and emotions in your body. This retreat will help you to listen to your body, release and heal from within. You will explore the hidden parts of yourself, inspired by ideas from Jungian archetypes to internal family system theory to shine a light on fears and old habits in order to accept and integrate all the parts of yourself. Combining somatic movement (body-led physical expression) yoga practices and shadow work (guided psychological exploration) Dr. Anne-Marie McBlain and Victoria Beech will guide you safely through deep, transformational practices to help you release emotional blocks and protective patterns to embrace all of you. Join Victoria and Anne-Marie at Darley House - a stunning Georgian country house in Derbyshire! The dedicated studio space features underfloor heating, a grand fireplace and garden views- just perfect for our retreat! In the spirit of community and connection and to make this retreat more accessible, we will food share our evening meals (eating out on the last night) and please bring your own breakfast/lunches. Please make payment within 24 hours of receiving your contact email from your teacher. Your payment, once received, will guarantee your space. You must give 48 hours notice if cancelling.
