Join Steph for a calming and restorative 2-hour Yoga Therapy Workshop designed to reduce anxiety and stress, where you’ll explore both the practical and philosophical aspects of yoga. Drawing on traditional yoga models, this session blends mindful movement, breathwork, and relaxation techniques in which you'll learn how to apply these teachings to reduce stress and promote emotional wellbeing off the mat. Suitable for all levels, this workshop provides a supportive space to reconnect with your body, mind, and breath, leaving you feeling grounded, centered, and better equipped to manage the challenges of daily life.
