Teen Yoga from 12-17 years old










These classes provide a peaceful space for teenagers to relax and let go of the stress and challenges of life as a teenager

Each class includes breath awareness, asana practice, relaxation and meditation

Yoga and Mindfulness will:

Reduce stress and anxiety

Improve focus and optimism

Create positive body confidence and self-esteem

Cultivate self-discipline

Improve physical, mental and most importantly - emotional well-being

Thursdays 5-6pm  £7 per session
