Fridays 11.15-12.00 suitable aged 2-4 years

£6 per session, discount available for siblings

Babies and children are natural Yogis – if you watch them at play you will see they spontaneously adopt Yoga poses!

Children’s Yoga is a fun and educational way to enhance your budding Yogis creativity whilst developing a healthy body and mind.

 

The class includes stretching and moving sequences to songs and rhymes. It’s practiced together and they copy you and the classes allow them to participate at their own pace. It flows through fun, exciting sequences and imaginative games to a relaxing conclusion. They develop physical skills and delight in the shared participation with you.
