Q1.  How do I book a yogatree yoga online class?

To book onto a recorded yoga tree class video via the " online classes" page you have to select the video you would like to purchase. In the top right corner of each video is a price per class and by clicking this you can select " purchase" to proceed to fill in your details and checkout via paypal to complete the transaction.  Once you have done this you'll receive a confirmation email to your account and can proceed to watch your classes as and when you would like.

 

* Please note you need to be logged into your yoga tree account to access all purchased content, this is  created upon booking see question 2 for details.

 

Q2. Do I need an account to book onto yoga tree classes? 

Yes, to access all your purchased yoga tree classes and make bookings you will be prompted to create an account when you try to purchase a class via the yoga tree website. This account can be linked to your facebook account, google account or email for ease.  To login to your account visit the " yogatree online classes" page and in the right corner of the main class video segment you will see a person in a orange bubble. Click this to login to your account and access your videos.

 

*Please note you'll need to use this account for each booking you make, should you accidentally make a spelling error in your email address bookings can go to a incorrect address. Please double check all information is correct for easy access to classes, any problems please get in touch and we'll help as best we can.

 

Q3. How do I book a livestream yoga class? 

To book a yogatree livestream class you can do so via the yogatree livestream page. Here you can select the class you would like to book and clicking the "book now" button you'll be taken to a calendar booking page to select the time and date you'd like to participate in a class.

Clicking on the "time" you'd like will put an outlined box around your booking and from there you can proceed by clicking the orange "next button". There you'll be able to fill in your name, email address and phone number from there proceeding to click "pay now" to pay for your class via paypal .

You'll receive a confirmation screen once complete with the ability to add the class to your google calendar to remind you when its starting! All your access details will be in your confirmation email with a "join zoom" meeting link you click to participate in your class.   See question 4 for more details on zoom set up.

Q4. Do I need an zoom account to book onto yoga tree livestream classes? 

You'll receive a confirmation email  from the yogatree website upon completing your booking and in it have a "join zoom meeting" clickable link which will allow you to access your booked class on its set date. You can access zoom via a web browser or by downloading the zoom app to your computer for ease.

Q5. My video class I've purchased isn't playing?

We recommend for ease and the best experience that yogis view classes via a laptop or computer if possible. Please be sure you log into your account (via the orange circle account icon) on the video classes page to access all your content.

 

In some cases internet strength can play a part in why videos aren't playing or maybe struggling to load and so we recommend checking your broadband signal strength and lastly trying different web browsers such as chrome, internet explorer or opera as some browsers work better than others.

 

Q6. I can't find the solution to my problem here what do I do?
